Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to SnapiiT and its related services. SnapiiT is distributed through the Apple App Store, and subscriptions purchased in the app are governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscription terms

• Subscription title: SnapiiT Pro
• Subscription length: 1 month, auto-renewing
• Price: displayed in the app at the time of purchase through Apple's StoreKit purchase sheet
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase

Using SnapiiT

You agree to use SnapiiT lawfully and only with content you have the right to upload or process. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to bypass product limits, quota controls, or purchase mechanisms.

Service behavior

SnapiiT uses AI-based analysis to generate likely travel suggestions. Results may be incomplete, incorrect, or low-confidence, and they should be treated as assistive guidance rather than guaranteed factual output.

Local data

SnapiiT is currently local-first. Saved ideas, folders, and route suggestions are stored on your device unless we introduce sync features later.
