This Privacy Policy explains how SnapiiT collects, uses, and handles information when you use the app and related services.

What SnapiiT does

SnapiiT helps you save travel inspiration from screenshots or photos, identify likely destinations with AI, organize saved ideas into folders, and shape saved places into route suggestions.

Information we collect

  • Photos and screenshots you choose to upload for travel analysis.
  • Text you enter, including hints, notes, and route preferences.
  • An anonymous install identifier used for quota enforcement, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
  • Basic request and usage records, such as whether an analysis or route request succeeded, failed, or was blocked by a limit.

Information stored on your device

Saved travel ideas, folders, local notes, thumbnails, and route suggestions are stored on your device unless we add sync features later.

Deleting the app deletes locally stored saved content from that device.

How we use information

  • To analyze uploaded travel screenshots or photos.
  • To generate travel suggestions and route ideas.
  • To apply usage limits, reduce abuse, and protect service availability.
  • To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app and backend service.

Third-party services

SnapiiT may send uploaded content and related prompt text to third-party AI providers to perform image analysis or generate route suggestions. At the time of writing, this includes Google Gemini.

Subscription purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Tracking and advertising

SnapiiT does not use your data for cross-app tracking or third-party advertising.

Retention

Server-side request logs and abuse-prevention records may be retained for a limited period as reasonably needed to operate the service, investigate misuse, manage costs, and support the app. Data stored only on your device remains there until you delete it or remove the app.

Your choices

  • You can choose whether to upload an image for analysis.
  • You can delete saved ideas and folders from inside the app.
  • You can stop using the app at any time.

Children

SnapiiT is not intended for children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
